Fearing the worst

Post a new topicby paulmc on Tue Aug 28, 2007 11:18 am

I am a 37 year-old man weight about 215 pounds and in pretty good shape. However, when I am running on a treadmill, after about 20 minutes both my hands get numb. No radiating pain like you would expect from angina. I'm wondering if this is something I should be worried about.
