Left arm pain

I have pulmonary hypertensiom and pulmonary fibrosis. I experience left arm pain above the elbow which lasts about 45 minutes. Feels like my arm is in a vise. I have always associated this pain with angina but my cardiologist told me that this is from my pulmonary hypertension Anyone have information on this.
