Angina

Male, 30 years old. 290 pounds, non smoker and no family history.

For over three years I have had these on and off pains in my chest, they occur at rest and are in different places and different types of pain. Sometimes sharp pains on the left, sometimes a gnawing pain on the right. I never get them with exertion, always at rest. I also have no shortness of breath when they happen. My doctor has done 3 ekgs, and blood tests and says he sees nothing abnormal. He has told me I have anxiety and I am on meds for that. Does this sound to be cardiac in nature? Any help would be appreciated.
