Aortic Valve Stenosis

I need to replace my aortic valve; however, I have severe stenosis of the left carotid artery,(85% blocked) which would have to be worked on first or have a dual surgery.
I have severe hardening of the arteries, have had 4 angioplasty and one triple bypass.
At 75 year of age I don’t think I could survive this major surgery or would develop a stroke during or shortly there after.
Has any experience this, and came through it with some degree of success
