I am 29 and have moderate to severe stenosis. I have been to several cardiologists and 1 heart surgeon and all told me to do nothing but walk or yoga/pilates. They told me not to even play softball. Which is a lot less of a work out than weight lifting. I would ask a few other doctors, but I know all the ones I've seen would say no. I know it's hard when you feel fine, because I do and they are even thinking about surgery for me. I would play it safe and not do too much. Hope it helps!
