Aortic Stenosis

My husband passed the other night in our bathroom. the first time he did it he said that he felt light headed, similiar to a "normal" faint, but then it happened agin abotu 4mins. after. the secong time it was rather scary. His eyes rolled back into his head & head vomitted on himself. When he came to he never remembered doing any of it. A few minutes later he walked to the bedroom & told me that his heart was in over drive. He has had an ekg within the last year & they didn't see anything wrong. He is 42 years of age & I do realize that age doesn't have any effect on thing but I just wanted to know if anyone could give us some input. Thank you!
