I am a 39 year ole female with new history of SOB with heart palapitations upon exertion. Recently I have had an ECHO which showed a trace of tricuspid regurg and was wondering if it was only a trace would I be this symptomatic? DR put me on a PRN toprol, and also ordered a holter monitor for further eval. Just needed some further opinions. Thanks VL

hello, again, I just receved my holter monitor results and I ws told to see an electrophyiolgical md because I have sinus tachacardia. Just how serious is this? thanks again
