Cardiology Diagnostic Tests

I have congestive heart failure. I have a pacemaker with 2 wires. Also a defibrillator. My last echo-cardiogram was 30%. I have had another stent put in which didn't help too much. I get angina easily. They are going to put in the 3rd wire. What exactly is this supposed to do for me?
I am 76 yrs. old -had 2 open heart surgeries-one TMR and all the test that they have I think. Would like some other opinions. Thankyou
