Sure, take nitro with you and get your doctor to order oxygen for the flight.
Planes are presuried to about 7,000 feet so you might get some CHF, swollen ankles. Try to key flights short hops if you can. I fly from Toronto to Tampa every year to spend the winter. It is lot better than the cold
