I had angioplasty in june of 2007, had a 90% blockage. subsequently i went to rehab,passed my stress test, take plavix daily, put myself on a strict fat free diet and lost 30pounds. 3 weeks ago i had a second angioplasty, same artery, 80% blockage, so i now have stents,same artery.neither my cardiologist nor the physian who performed the angioplasty could tell me how the second blockage occurred , after all my precautions and medication.

has anyone encountered the same situation, an knows thecaus.
