Was wondering, for about the past 4 months I have been experiencing episodes of shortness of breat accompanied by my heart beat skipping. It used to be only after vigorous exercise now it occurs daily even when I'm at rest. Any suggestions? I am 32 years old and I had a heart attack when I was 27. I was told back then that I had damage to the left side of my heart with ischemia as well. Could this just be something related to that or could it be something more serious that I need to get checked out now! I thougth I would try this route first as I really dislike going to the doctor as I always get the same responses from them...you are too young to have heart problems and it will fix itself!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
