Hello, your story sounds exactly like mine. All the tests show a healthy heart, acceptable cholesterol levels , in fact the heart cath, echo test came back with positive results. Yet along with the chest tightness and pains, which arent sever, also comes dizziness, shortness of breath and headaches and extreme fatigue. So far they have no idea what the problem is. You might possibly have a thyroid problem...that was also checked on me and came back neg. I know how frustrating it can be for you, mine gets so bad at times it prevents me from going to work. this started almost 4 weeks ago and it came out of the blue. If someone else has any suggestions would you please share them with me?
