Chest Pain

I just started having severe chest pain on December 4th, 2007. My symptoms are sweating/clamminess, chest pain (obviously), lightheadedness/dizziness, weight gain, blurry vision, thinning hair (not bad, though. Just a little) muscle spasms, uncontrollable trembles, left arm tingly/pain, tightness, syncope (not often, but has happened). I have also been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and Hypothyroidism.
