Chest Pain

I’am a 32 yr old male, and I have been having chest pains with cold sweats and sometimes I have this muscle spasms in my sides and back and the pain is so intense I can not move or take deep breaths, this has been happenning for almost 4 months now, but it only happens at night when I go to sleep the pain wakes me up after a few hours of sleep. my husband stated out with almost the same thing and they said it was'nt his ,that it was pleracy of the lungs . now after six trips to er and to many nitro. tabs to count he is on six diff. med.s for his heart and has to have his nitro. on him at all times . so i would go to a diff. ER and see a diff. DR. ASAP .. my husband is only 42 and has done cement all his life he started at 14 .. this is nothing to play with .
