Chest pain when fast walking

Post a new topicby werfernando on Wed Feb 06, 2008 11:57 am

I do my normal three km walk almost everyday. But now I get a chest pain few minutes after I start walking faster. Its coming from the center of the chest. Its like tightening of chest and when I rest for a while its goes off. Grateful if somebody can help!

If that is consistently happening I'd suggest you stop doing your walking and visit an MD for a cardiac evaluation. Be certain you tell them it occurs under stress. They can test you under the same stress conditions. Good luck.
