Chest Pain,Right side.

I am 25,No known health problems and have had a pain underneath my right breast bone that leads up to my neck & jaw and radiates to my arm.The pains only last for 10-20 seconds but are horribly painful.Hard to do much of anything but wait for them to pass.Happening now for about 2 weeks. How long is too long to wait?
