what is the safe leverl for cholesterol my doctor said mine is 5.3 and something else is 5.5 is this a safe level.
I also experience heaviness in the chest even when im sitting, and pain in my left arm, and bad shortness of breath when walking, doing activities and at times sitting..
I have a history of heart disease in my family..
