Chest Pain

For a about a week now , I have been feeling pressure in the middle of my chest , right under the ribe cages and been feeling nausea , I also been having bad neck pain. Any thought what this could be , I am only 37 years old?

You should get your heart checked to be certain that it is not the source of your problem.
