Chest Pain

I've had chest pain the the left side for two days now. It only occurs when I sit down, but when lay down, stand it does'nt bother me. I'm only seventeen, what could be wrong?

did this get sorted out? i have the same problem and it is worrying me it is a very ticklish feeling whenever i sit down
