palpatations,pvc'a,tachycardia,hypotension

I have been having palpatations, pvc's, tachycardia, hypotention, and svt's for some time now. I have had a 30 day monitor, tread mill and ekg's several times with no evidance of any life threatening problems. these episodes are extremely bothersome. I am an E.M.T.P and have had experiences with pt's with cardiac problems, but none of this significants. the major problem is that it does cause angina, and with many episodes of syncopes. I am 34 yrs. of age and this causes problems with my job. i have been on verepemil, and atenonol with (-) improvements, only lowers my B/P. I have also had a electrocardiogram 3 yrs. ago, an echo was heard, but not found. all of these signs and symptoms was noted but has physicians stumped. please give any advise or solutions to this situatation.
I can help you out on a little bit of history. I was also diagnosed with SYSTEMIC MASTOCYTOSIS, cardiac arrrithmias, but was told the mast cells did not have anything to do with this paticular situation.I am a smoker of 17 yrs. but the 3 D lung screen only showed normal smoker of 1 yr. my diet is with-in normal limit intake, low cholesterol, low sodium, and these episodes seem to worsen upon activities, stress, exhaustion, evenings and mournings. At times, it doesn't matter at all, but these syncope episodes are most often with a symptom of pvc's, tachycardia, palpatations and hypotentions and S.O.B .These palpatations are back to back. example; 1 regular beat with 3-4 palpatations and goes on for hours, 5-6 hours is no big thing, mostly it accures for days and causes major angina attacks. I have worn my-self out trying to go to the E.R. and E.K.G.s being normal only showing what activity is going on at that time. I've had my blood sugar tested and it to was normal, even during episodes. I also had a E.C.G. done thinking it could possibly be a siezure activity, but that too is normal. I have a murmer, but is also okay. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the echo every-one hears is maybe the cause, but no-one can seem to find where it is coming from. please offer me any advice. The only time it doesn't seem to bother me is when i'm asleep. I get major headaches from these episodes, dizziness light-headedness, confusion, pain in my neck around the carrodid veins, nausia, vomiting, numbness in my fingers, swelling in hands and feat, flushing and blurred vision. I have had a historectomy 9 years ago from endometreosis, right breast lumpectomy (benign), P.I.D. with left ovary removel at 19 yrs. of age,1 miscarriage, complicated pregnacy(high risk) with twins, left acromioplasty, but cant seem to see any significants with cardiovascular disease assiated with this history as above. There is heart disease history in my family, having pacemakers, but so far, I do not have heart failure. Do you think that maybe a pacemaker would correct these symptoms?
Thank You for any imput you may have in this long, but dreary situation.
