Congestive Heart Failure

I can’t believe this is happening to me.
I just got out of the hospital 2 and a half weeks ago, and received the diagnosis of CHF. A few days later, I started experiencing extreme back upper pain, between my shoulder blades, upon minimal exertion, eg. peeling potatoes. I now am being treated for angina, but I am hoping I will be able to safely participate in normal activities one day without having pain. I want so much to get on with an exercise routine, but my doctor says no for now. Ha...Read the full article
