Do diuretics or warfarin cause urinary tract irritation? I have had lower back pain on and off and a straining feeling on urination, since coming home from the hospital last week.

Neither one causes urinary tract infections, however if you had a catheter to drain your urine while in the hospital that could cause an infection, good luck.
