My mom has CHF help pls

my mom has congestive heart failure. the doc told her all of the arteries 2 her heart are blocked 70-90%. last night she went into congestive heart failure. they got her kinda ok then she left AMA. i dunno what 2 do the docs wont tell how long she has she doesnt take her meds or do her diet plan then when she gets sick its our fault. anybody know how we can make her do what she needs 2 do? does anybody know how long somebody can live like that? i need help pls. ty tj
