Heart Attack

On November 3rd 2008, I woke up with pain in my chest and epigastric area. I passed it off as my gastrointestinal reflux disease and tried to go on with my day. At about 2pm the pain started to get much worse to the point where I passed out in severe pain. My sister dialed 911 not knowing what was going on.
