Heart Attack

on 11/04/08 while I was doing my morning walk/run, I felt an unusual pain in my jaw and mouth under my tongue. i wasn’t far from the house so i returned home. I was short of breath but I thought it was from running. I couldn’t bring my heart rate down. I had diarrhea, felt nauseous.
