bluriness of eyesight

Hi can anyone explain to me why does blurriness of eyesights occur sometimes in just a split of seconds during the time I feel pain in the chest with the feeling that my heart stops to beat... It only occurs in a split of seconds or two... By the way I'm a blue baby as they say and I have a congenital heart disease (TOF)...I never had undergone any operation. Thanks.
