hi is there anyone out there who can help me,i have a 13 yr old son with hocm ,ihe was told by his doctor that he couldnt play any sports at all now i need to know is there any1 out there who can advise me on this i have taken him out of his pe class at school as im afraid of him over doing it.

If your son has HOCM you should follow your doctor's advice if he does play sports he runs the risk of dying. You should get an opinion form a cardiologist, good luck.
