High Blood Pressure

Hi New to this forum and have a question I hope to get some help witk. My husband just had a triple bypass as well as an aortic valve replacemnt. While in hospital his B.P. was in and around the 120/80 range. Since coming home 2 weeks ago it is back to the high range(150/80) where it was before surgery. He isn't doing anything strenuos but he tends to worry alot about things he has no control over(i.e. neighbours from hell). Anybody have any suggestions?
