Numbness to toes and half way up your foot!

Hi,

Im wondering if some one could please help me out.

I have just been told i have high blood pressure ranging from 150/90 to some times 180/125, has this any thing to do with me havining tingleing in my toes and half way up my foot on both feet.

I am diabetic and on alot of tablets including:

Indapamide
oramorph oral solution
gabapentin
loratadine
erythromycin
forceval
simvastatin
metformin
omeprazole
fluconazole (every month or so)
amitriptyline
trazodone
sodium bicarbonate
co-codamol
warfarin
co-amoxiclav
ferrous sulphate

I have an ulcer on my right leg which it could be put down to that, but this has only happened about 2 months ago just before i was told i had high blood pressure Could any one help me out please?
