A 54 year old female has a total cholesterol of 7.61, and an LDL of 4.98. Her weight is 155lbs and height 5'4". She has a history of tachycardias including PAT and PVC arythmias since age 17. Significant abdominal fat has developed since age 40, waist 34". Would abdominal liposuction improve her overall condition? (ref: insulin dependant diabetics who undertook total body resculpting/ liposuction were able to discontinue iv and oral insulin therapies post surgery).
