My son 26 complained for 3 days with chest pain upper back and neck pain.I treated him for (gas)since the pain move to the back and neck, I brought Gas-X,Tums,7UP etc. pain never moved from those areas the pain worsen especially when he lie down but, when he sat up the pain eased up .On that 4th day he called me early in the morning saying Mother I have to see a Doctor today.
