no answers yet…but it looks like pericarditisI was in spinning class when it came on - a regular activity for me, 31 year old female. I was frightened at the sudden lightning bolt in my chest. I reduced my intensity immediately and sat on the bike for the rest of the class, holding my chest, and waiting for this alarming sensation to go away.
