At the age of 14, in 1991 after christmas i got rushed in to hosptial. 6 hours later i was told pericarditis the doctor told me i need a operation to drain the fiuld out of my chest.
Had the operation early in the morning. The doctor drain 2 Litres of fluid out of my chest. The doctor started me on prednisolone [Steroids] i was 8 stone. within 2 weeks i went up to 16 stone.
