Pericarditis

I am a healthy 32 year old male and athletic. Went for a complete physical about a month ago and my ECG readings came up with Pericarditis I've never had chest paid, no shortness of breath, and all my blood work came up perfect. I have my appointment with my cardiologist on April 29th and I am researching this condition before I meet with the doctor. Anyone out there with a similar story? As I get closer to my appointment I am getting nervous since I have never had any serious medical issues and I don't even take any kind of medications. What's up??
