Re: Make sure you know the warning signs of a strokeMy sympathy to you and your family. I hope that things have improved for you over the past year.

I exercise lightly, and take long walks every day. A couple of weeks ago, I passed out on the street. Before fainting, I telephoned my wife that I was feeling a bit dizzy and she should come and get me. I ended up in the hospital and after spending many hours there, I had been visited by nine doctors. Many tests were performed, blood, EKG, brain scan, etc. The end result was... they didn't know. The tests revealed nothing. So they decided I must have had a stroke. My point is, everyone should definitely read up on the symptoms, irrespective of their ages.
