Frustration w/out diagnosis

I passed out twice while driving on the interstate on April 21. After pulling over and dialing 911, I slept for 22 hours. Now they are running tests but I feel like I am getting the run around. I am 38yo and a single Mom of 4. I feel helpless and terrified. Where do I start?
