my 59 year old mother had a hemoradic stroke in the brain 2 years ago and she is recovering at home. She cannot move and cannot speak. She requires 24x7 home care. She does eat and laugh a lot. About 2 weeks ago, she started to spasm her face and bit/grind her teeth a lot to the point she bites her lips and they bleed. Any idea what could be causing this? Is this a common post stroke symptom?
