drooping eye

I had a cardiac cath 5/2009. The next day my right eye had drooped. Since then that eye constantly get very matted and red as if i have an infection. Also sometime blurs. Cannot get answer on what could have caused it. One doctor says old age. Another says possibly Bell’s palsy.
