perineum problems?

Post a new topicby tom_anon on Wed May 06, 2009 12:43 pm

hi!

i'm 19 years old and i have had a problem with urinating too frequently for a while now. i've never had a clear diagnose except urine bacteria that i got out of my system and the frequency of urinating has become more normal but i still KNOW that something's wrong.

a few days ago (after my last visit to the urologist) i noticed that the area between my anus and my scrotum (which i later found out is called the perineum) feels like a big lump when i have an erection... sometimes it hurts but not much, but i know that it's bigger than before. my erection is weaker and the intensity of the ejaculation is weaker too...
it's also the place where i feel the biggest pressure when i have to urinate.

if i don't masturbate for a week, my erection is stronger and the lump doesn't feel that big and also the urine flow/intensity of ejaculation is different but it's really hard for me to explain.

i also read somewhere that this could have something to do with the shower gel you're using O.o.

i'm sorry for my bad english and i really hope someone will have patience to read this and help me
:D. thanks!

Hi Tom,
I was reading your post and if I was you I would go back to your urologist and have your prostate checked over for prostate cancer definately. Next I would then have your Dr. check for prostatitus (infection of the prostate) which could cause your lump you feel between your anus and testicles. This could also be causing troubles urinating and orgasms so please go back and get checked over again and if you dont get answers to your problem go to another Dr. If you want you can e-mail me.

Good luck
Mike
